  • Patent number: 11812915
Abstract: The invention relates to a cleaning device (01) for food vessels, in particular mixing containers or mixing container parts, in which cleaning liquid is supplied to a valve support (11) and is conveyed through at least one rinsing rod (03), the rinsing rod (03) being disposed in an upwardly open receptacle (02), and an actuating device (09) controlling the flow rate of the cleaning liquid from the valve support (11) into the rinsing rod (03) by means of a valve in the valve support (11), and the rinsing rod (03) having at least one horizontal nozzle (07) for cleaning an inner circumferential surface (08) of the food vessel (04), and the rinsing rod (03) having at least one vertical nozzle (06) for cleaning a bottom surface of the food vessel, the cleaning device (01) being provided with a blocking device (05) which prevents cleaning liquid from exiting through the vertical nozzle (06) and/or the horizontal nozzle (07).

  • Publication number: 20230086997
Abstract: A cleaning device for a vessel includes a base body, a valve, a spray body, a restoring device, a release mechanism and an actuating element. The base body includes a connector, the valve is disposed between the base body and the spray body and the valve is operable by the release mechanism against a restoring force applied by the restoring device, the actuating element being disposed on the release mechanism and the actuating element includes at least one leg forming a supporting surface for a vessel and the spray body includes a spray head disposed above and at a distance from the supporting surface, the restoring force being greater than the sum of the gravitational forces of the vessel, the release mechanism and the actuating element.

  • Patent number: 9044130
Abstract: The invention relates to a cleaning device for a portioning utensil used for portioning ice cream or the like, which can be used in a receptacle. Cleaning fluid being fed to a valve support can be conducted through at least two rinsing rods and can be discharged via nozzles being located on the rinsing rods. An actuation mechanism switches a valve within the valve support. In order to be able to optimally clean the receptacle and the cleaning device, it is proposed to insert a splash guard separately into the receptacle and/or to design the rinsing rods such that the same can be detached, especially by hand.

  • Patent number: 9005372
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention relate to a cleaning device for a portioning utensil for portioning ice cream or the like, which is intended to be utilized in receptacles, respectively in rinsing tanks. Here, the cleaning device includes a carrier module which can be mounted in the receptacle and a cleaning module which is releasably coupled to the carrier module. Moreover, the cleaning device includes an actuating device being disposed in the cleaning module, and the cleaning device includes an actuating valve which can be controlled via the actuating device and which is closed in the initial position. The embodiments of the invention are characterized by a closing valve which is designed in the form of a separate valve or which at the same time acts as an actuating valve. The closing valve is formed and arranged in the carrier module, thereby making it possible that the closing valve is closed when the cleaning module is removed from the carrier module.
