  • Patent number: 11332170
Abstract: The current invention relates to a triggering monitoring device for a deformation tube having two tube parts which can slide into each other against resistance in a coupling, in particular a train coupling, having a housing that includes a connection for connecting to the deformation tube and at least one working surface for action of one tube part during its movement relative to the other tube part of the deformation tube part, wherein the housing can be deformed through the action of the tube part on the working surface. The triggering monitoring device according to the invention is characterized in that a sensor is provided in or on the housing which detects deformation of the housing and which is moreover equipped to transmit detection of a deformation to an evaluation device.

  • Patent number: 11002341
Abstract: A drive device includes a superposition transmission, a main drive machine connected to an input shaft of the transmission, auxiliary drives and an output shaft of the transmission connectable to a work machine. The transmission has a planetary transmission with an internal gear, sun gear, planet carrier and planet gears. The input shaft is connected to the internal gear, the output shaft is connected to the sun gear, and the auxiliary drives are connected by a first transmission stage with constant transmission ratio to the planet carrier. An auxiliary drive connection with constant transmission ratio is between the auxiliary drive and the internal gear or a pinion on the input shaft. A switchable clutch in the auxiliary drive connection can activate or interrupt the auxiliary drive connection, so that upon interruption, the connection between auxiliary drive and planet carrier remains activated by the clutch through the first transmission stage.

  • Patent number: 10935111
Abstract: A drive system has a main electric drive and an auxiliary electric drive. A frequency converter controls a torque of the auxiliary drive. A planetary gear has a ring gear, a sun gear, a planet gear and a planet gear carrier. The ring gear is coupled to the main drive, the sun gear is coupled to an output shaft and the planet gear carrier is coupled to the auxiliary drive. A clutch path is disposed between the planet gear carrier and the input shaft. A controller operates the drive system in a first range with the clutch closed and the switching apparatus open, or in a second range with the clutch open and the switching apparatus closed. The controller is adapted to superelevate the torque of the auxiliary drive during a transition between the first and second ranges beyond the torque that the auxiliary drive is able to provide permanently.

  • Publication number: 20180138836
Abstract: A variable-speed drive system includes a driven machine mechanically coupled to a drive machine by a transmission unit. At least two regulating machines are mechanically coupled to the transmission unit and operated by at least two frequency converters. At least one of the at least two frequency converters is electrically connected to the drive machine by a changeover device, wherein a connection of the drive machine to at least one electric supply network is at least temporarily disconnectable to produce a controlled speed change on the drive machine.

  • Publication number: 20160375774
Abstract: A method for controlling a multiphase frequency converter for controlling an electric machine which is suitable as a traction drive of a vehicle. The frequency converter includes power circuit pairs with series-connected first and second power switches. The first power switch is connected to a DC voltage and the second power switch is connected to a ground of the DC voltage. Each node between the first power switch and the second power switch is connected to the respective phase conductor of the electric machine. The method includes ascertaining whether a fault is present, if a fault is present and a control signal at the first and/or the second power switch is not active: assessing whether the frequency converter should be switched into the short-circuit mode or into the freewheeling mode based on the phase conductor currents and/or based on the position of the rotor of the electric machine.
