    Abstract: A single-component adhesive composition includes: an aqueous acrylic polymer dispersion comprising water and at least one water-dispersed acrylic polymer P; between 0.2 wt.-% and 2.0 wt.-%, preferably between 0.5 wt.-% and 1.5 wt.-%, based on the total composition, of at least one water-dispersed or water-dissolved cross-linker C that can react with carboxylate groups; and between 20 wt.-% and 60 wt.-%, based on the total composition, of at least one filler F with the mean particle size D50 of its primary particles being ?10 ?m, wherein said at least one water-dispersed acrylic polymer P contains free carboxylic acid groups. The composition is highly suitable as adhesive for floor coverings and shows good tack in the wet state and at the same time enables excellent dimensional stability of the bonded floor coverings.
