  • Publication number: 20240116874
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel and improved process for preparing (5S)-{[2-(4-carboxyphenyl)ethyl][2-(2-{[3-chloro-4?-(trifluo-romethyl)biphenyl-4-yl]methoxy}phenyl)ethyl]amino}-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline-2-carboxylic acid of the formula (I) and to novel crystalline forms of it, which is i.a. the pseudopolymorphic form monohydrate I (I-M-I) or the pseudopolymorphic form monohydrate II (I-M-II), furthermore the present invention relates to a novel and selective crystallization process for preparation of the pseudopolymorphic form monohydrate I (I-M-I) or the pseudopolymorphic form monohydrate II (I-M-II), preferably monohydrate I of formula (I-M-I) and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising monohydrate I of formula (I-M-I) and to its use for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases, in particular for the treatment and/or prevention of pulmonary and cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular diseases.

  • Publication number: 20220297485
Abstract: The invention relates to an anti-skid chain (1) for tires (3), in particular for bogie axles, wherein the anti-skid chain (1) has two laterally stable guide chains (5) which, when installed, are arranged to the side of the treads (9) of the tires (3), wherein the anti-skid chain (1) has a flexible chain mesh (7) which extends between the two guide chains (5), and wherein at least one guide chain (5) has chain links (15, 17) which are interconnected in an articulated manner by means of joint pins (19) in the circumferential direction (U), and at least one rotation-blocking element (27) by means of which a maximum joint angle (35) between two interconnected chain links (15, 17) is a defined. In order to prevent lateral pulling of the anti-skid chain (1) and, at the same time, to provide an anti-skid chain (1) that is easy to produce, according to the invention, a part of the rotation-blocking element (27) is located on at least one of the joint pins (19).

  • Publication number: 20220080792
Abstract: The invention relates to a utility vehicle tire chain (1), in particular for forestry vehicles, tractors, or wheel loaders, which comprises a plurality of cleat plates (3) directly or indirectly connected to one another via chain strands (5), wherein each cleat plate (3) comprises at least one cleat (37) to improve traction which extends away from an upper side (49) of the cleat plate (3). The solution according to the invention can simplify the manufacture of a utility vehicle tire chain (1) and improve its stability.
