  • Patent number: 11791424
Abstract: A device includes at least one photoconductor configured for exhibiting an electrical resistance Rphoto dependent on an illumination of a light-sensitive region of the at least one photoconductor and at least one photoconductor readout circuit. The photoconductor readout circuit is configured for determining a differential voltage related to changes of the electrical resistance Rphoto of the photoconductor. The photoconductor readout circuit includes at least one bias voltage source configured for applying at least one periodically modulated bias voltage to the photoconductor such that the electric output changes its polarity at least once. The device further includes at least one electrical circuit configured to balance the differential voltage at a given illumination level.

  • Publication number: 20180149733
Abstract: A method for heating an ultrasonic transducer, in which an interior of the ultrasonic transducer together with a diaphragm element is heated by thermal radiation of a component, the temperature of the diaphragm element being increased to a temperature above the freezing point. The heating is achieved by a component which in a first operating mode is used to implement a transmitting and/or receiving operation of the ultrasonic transducer, and in a second operating mode is operated in such a way that the component has an increased electrical power loss compared to the first operating mode.
