  • Patent number: 10363199
Abstract: A syringe adapter is used for connecting a dosing syringe to a container in order to take up a fluid. The syringe adapter has a fluid delivery channel for creating a flow connection between the inside of the container and the inside of the dosing syringe. At least one ventilation channel of the syringe adapter is used for creating an air connection between the inside of the container and the container surroundings. In at least one of the channels a non-return valve is arranged, which allows the passage of media in an open position and in a closed position closes the channel. This results in a syringe adapter which has improved handing and in particular provides sufficient dosing precision.

  • Patent number: 9498577
Abstract: The invention concerns a dosing system for adjusting a dose volume of a fluid medium. The dosing system has a longitudinal center axis, a dosing sleeve with at least one communication opening, a dosing plunger, which can move axially in the dosing sleeve between a retracted and a depressed position to take up and dispense the medium through the communication opening, and a retraction limiting element to delimit a maximum axial retraction path of the dosing plunger. The retraction limiting element in at least one position can be axially fixed to the dosing plunger and can move radially to the longitudinal center axis between an inner position, axially fixed on the dosing plunger, and an outer position relative to the dosing plunger. In the inner position, it is completely inside the dosing sleeve. Furthermore, the dosing system has an end stop arranged on the dosing sleeve for interaction with the retraction limiting element in the retracted position of the dosing plunger.

  • Publication number: 20150119810
Abstract: The invention relates to a dosage system for setting a dosage volume of a flowable medium. The dosage system comprises a longitudinal axis, a dosage container for receiving the medium, and a dosage piston body which is adapted for sealed displacement in the dosage container between an initial position and a dosage position. In the initial position, the dosage piston body is fully inserted in the dosage container while in the dosage position, the dosage piston body has been pulled out of the dosage container along a path corresponding to the desired dosage amount of the medium. The dosage system further exhibits a draw-up limiting member for limiting a draw-up path of the dosage piston body in the dosage position, the draw-up limiting member being axially securable to the dosage container in one of several limiting positions relative to the longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20140336591
Abstract: The invention concerns a dosing system for adjusting a dose volume of a fluid medium. The dosing system has a longitudinal center axis (1), a dosing sleeve (3) with at least one communication opening (7), a dosing plunger (4), which can move axially in the dosing sleeve (3) between a retracted and a depressed position to take up and dispense the medium through the communication opening (7), and a retraction limiting element (5) to delimit a maximum axial retraction path of the dosing plunger (4). The retraction limiting element (5) in at least one position can be axially fixed to the dosing plunger (4) and can move radially to the longitudinal center axis (1) between an inner position, axially fixed on the dosing plunger (4), and an outer position relative to the dosing plunger (4). In the inner position, it is completely inside the dosing sleeve (3).
