Patent number: 11820640Abstract: Systems and methods for use with one or more beverage dispensing systems are provided. A system execution program is stored on a memory device. A database stores data records related to a plurality of users of the system and recipe records related to a plurality of beverages. A server includes a processor programmed to execute the system execution program to establish a creation engine and a licensing engine. The creation engine is programmed to allow a mixologist to create and/or edit a beverage recipe and store/update the beverage recipe in the database in one of the recipe records. The dispensing system is configured to dispense a beverage as a function of the beverage recipe. The licensing engine provides a commission to the mixologist in response to the dispensing system dispensing the beverage as a function of the beverage recipe stored in the one of the recipe records.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2021Date of Patent: November 21, 2023Assignee: Bar Evolution LLCInventors: Peter Wolfgang DeRaedt, Bernd Witzany

Patent number: 10538424Abstract: A connector assembly controllably couples a plurality of containers in a box. Each container has a fitment having a channel. The connector assembly includes a valve assembly and an actuator. The valve assembly is movable between an unengaged position and an engaged position. The valve assembly includes a plurality of fitment receptacles. Each fitment receptacle is associated with a respective fitment. A liquid flow channel of the valve assembly couples the fitment receptacles to the outlet. The actuator is movable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The valve assembly is configured to move from the unengaged position to the engaged movement in response to movement of the actuator from the unlocked to locked positions. The fitments are inserted into the respective fitment receptacles in response to movement of the valve assembly from the unengaged position to the engaged position.Type: GrantFiled: June 22, 2018Date of Patent: January 21, 2020Assignee: BAR EVOLUTION LLCInventors: Peter Wolfgang DeRaedt, Bernd Witzany, Andreas Sebastian Henneke

Patent number: 10526122Abstract: A beverage dispensing system for dispensing alcoholic beverages includes a beverage dispensing package and a connector assembly configured to be coupled to the package. The package includes an outer container and at least one divider positioned within the outer container to form a plurality of compartments. The package also includes a plurality of inner containers, with one of the inner containers positioned within each of the compartments. Each inner container stores an alcoholic beverage and each container includes an outlet to enable the alcoholic beverage to be dispensed. The connector assembly includes a plurality of connectors for coupling to a respective outlet of the inner containers, and a dispensing line coupled to the connectors. The connector assembly couples the inner containers in flow communication with the dispensing line to enable the alcoholic beverages within each of the inner containers to be jointly dispensed through the dispensing line.Type: GrantFiled: February 1, 2019Date of Patent: January 7, 2020Assignee: BAR EVOLUTION LLCInventors: Peter DeRaedt, Bernd Witzany

Publication number: 20070023500Abstract: A note validating and storage assembly for a gaming table having a table top includes a storage box for storing notes received at the gaming table. A validator, adjacent the storage box, validates, authenticates and determines the value of the notes. A controller having a memory is in operative communication with the validator for receiving and storing data corresponding to the authenticity and value of the notes. A separator adjacent the validator grips one of the notes and separates it from a plurality of notes. A fan assembly is operably associated with the separator for aiding in separating the notes. A holding area is disposed below the table top such that notes may be pushed through a note entry slot in the table top and into the storage area with a plunger. An RFID system can be employed in conjunction with gaming chips for various table management purposes.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2006Publication date: February 1, 2007Inventors: Peter DeRaedt, Bernd Witzany, Ludo DeMeutter
