  • Publication number: 20210127911
Abstract: Device for storing and/or removing wipes comprises a supply region, a preferably solid-walled vessel, and in particular a covering region on an upper side which cannot be removed without leaving a residue. The covering region has a removal opening through which the wipes can be removed and which can be covered by a closure means. The removal opening particularly has a diameter which is designed to be adapted to a diameter of the supply package in such a way that the supply package as a whole is prevented from being guided through the removal opening. A docking station is provided, wherein the supply region can be connected to a sensor means and/or receiving means of the docking station via an interface means by means of signal exchange. The docking station is designed to be particularly adapted for docking for the supply region.

  • Publication number: 20050096620
Abstract: A tampon has an overwrap material disposed on an absorbent material. The overwrap material has a length greater than the length of the absorbent material and a width generally corresponding to the width of the absorbent material. The overwrap material also has a liquid-permeable zone and a liquid-resistant zone, and the liquid-resistant zone of the overwrap material forms a fold over an edge of the absorbent material disposed at the withdrawal end of the tampon.

  • Patent number: 5752947
Abstract: An absorbent product having fluid repellent leakage barriers is provided to reduce or prevent side leakage. The leakage barriers comprise folded structures which are attached longitudinally on the body-facing side of the absorbent product adjacent each lateral edge of the absorbent product and the distal ends of each leakage barrier are anchored to the absorbent product. When the absorbent product is flexed concavely along its longitudinal axis with respect to the body-facing side the leakage barriers at least partially open to form upstanding walls.
