  • Publication number: 20150080169
Abstract: An automatic powershift transmission having a variable-speed transmission (2) with a transmission input shaft (4), a transmission output shaft (5). a plurality of gearsets (RS1, RS2, RS3) and a number of shifting elements (A, B, D, E, F). A starting element (3) is connected upstream of the transmission input shaft (4). The starting element (3) is in the form of a planetary gearset (6) having a ring gear (9), a planetary carrier (10) and a sun gear (12). The ring gear (9) and the planetary carrier (10) can be coupled to one another while the sun gear (12) can be locked with respect to the housing.

  • Patent number: 6393943
Abstract: The invention is based on an electronic-hydraulic control unit (1) for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle wherein the control unit (1) has one hydraulic unit (2) with hydraulic valves (4), sensors (6, 7) and pressure regulators (5) and one electronic unit (3) with a microprocessor, memories, sensors and power regulators (9) which form a functional unit. To reduce the tolerances of the control unit, it is proposed that the pressure tolerances appearing in the operating range be detected by verifying characteristic lines and from the divergences relative to a set characteristic line, plotting and storing in a memory a corresponding characteristic line correction.

  • Patent number: 5878630
Abstract: A method and apparatus for cooling of a controller (16) of a transmission of a motor vehicle (6). A motor vehicle (6) has a transmission (2) in which or on which is provided a control mechanism (16, 18) actuated by a control fluid (40). The control electronic system (30, 32, 38) of the controller (16) is compulsorily cooled by a ducted supply of a control fluid (40) to the electronic system (30, 32, 38) or through the control electronic system (30, 32, 38). The control fluid (40) may be driven by a conveyor mechanism through a cooling channel (36) upon which the control electronic system is mounted with optimum heat conductivity.

  • Patent number: 5442843
Abstract: A drilling machine for drilling securing holes for furniture fittings, for example hinges, includes a drive motor which drives drills by way of a multispindle drilling head with a drill gearing and a plurality of drilling spindles. A stop rule with adjustable stop blocks and a feed device for the feed drill are provided, as well as a press-in die for mounting the furniture fittings on a furniture part. The drilling machine is equipped with a set of replaceable multispindle drilling heads and a set of replaceable stop rules which can be exchangeably fixed to the drilling machine by quick-action clamping devices which can be operated without the use of a tool.
