  • Publication number: 20240343115
Abstract: A system and a method for agile, intuitive control of vehicle functions of a vehicle, include a wearable device which is configured to acquire sensor data. The sensor data comprise movement data and optical data relating to a user of the wearable device. The system has a computing unit which is configured to process the acquired sensor data; to determine a functional relationship between the processed sensor data and the vehicle; and to determine an assignment to a predefinable vehicle function taking the determined functional relationship into account. The vehicle has a control unit which is configured to control or adjust the predefinable vehicle function according to the determined assignment.

  • Publication number: 20230339321
Abstract: A system comprises a vehicle and a smart device. The smart device is configured to establish a communicative connection with the vehicle. The vehicle is configured to determine a trigger event in the vehicle comprising an evaluation of sensor data in the vehicle. Upon the trigger event being determined by the vehicle, the vehicle is configured to communicate a trigger data set to the smart device. The smart device is configured, after receiving the trigger data set, to interact with the vehicle according to the trigger data set. The interacting of the smart device with the vehicle can comprise controlling at least one vehicle function of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220388480
Abstract: A method and apparatus for operating an access system for a vehicle, in particular of an electric motor-powered motor vehicle, provides for an external feeding device of the vehicle to be is unlocked when a predetermined voltage value of an energy accumulator of the vehicle is reached or fallen below. The external feeding device connected to at least one vehicle access part of a control device of the vehicle, and is configured to be connected to an external electrical energy supply device to supplied electrical energy to the vehicle access part of the control device. When the externally-supplied electrical energy is received, the vehicle access part of the control device is configured to allow access to the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10277410
Abstract: A vehicle module for a vehicle includes one or more sensors, which are configured to record sensor data in an operating mode of the vehicle module, and are configured to adopt a plurality of discrete states in an energy saving mode in order to provide a basic function of the vehicle module in the energy saving mode of the vehicle module. The vehicle module further has an interface for a data line to transmit the sensor data to a control device of the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle module has an energy saving mode switch which is configured to connect the one or more sensors in the energy saving mode to the interface for the data line in such a way that information regarding a state of the plurality of discrete states can be transmitted to the control device via the data line.

  • Publication number: 20150234515
Abstract: A method is provided for determining an input position on a touch-sensitive display by a user. The method includes the following steps: detecting the position of the eyes of the user, in particular with the aid of a camera; detecting the position of a contact with the touch-sensitive display; and determining the input position based on the detected position of the eyes relative to at least a portion of the touch-sensitive display, in particular in relation to a graphical element shown on the display, and the detected position of the contact.
