  • Publication number: 20230191497
Abstract: A method for planning locally selective irradiation of a working region with an energy beam in order to produce a component from a powder material arranged in the working region includes defining an origin on a component contour of a component layer to be generated on a powder material layer in the working region, and overlaying the component contour, based on the origin, with an arrangement of irradiation regions to be irradiated with the energy beam. Each irradiation region has a dimension that is predetermined independently of the component contour and identical for all irradiation regions.

  • Publication number: 20230191496
Abstract: A manufacturing device for additive manufacture of components includes a beam generation device configured to generate energy beams, a scanner device configured to locally and selectively irradiate a working region with the energy beams, a protective gas device configured to generate a protective gas flow over the working region, and a control device configured to drive the scanner device. The control device is configured to define a first irradiation region along which a first irradiation section is displaced from a first starting position to a first end position, to define a second irradiation region along which a second irradiation section is displaced from a second starting position to a second end position, and to begin irradiation of the second irradiation region when the first irradiation section and the second starting position are not arranged within an interaction zone defined by a protective gas flow direction relative to one another.

  • Publication number: 20200148627
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparation of protected difluoromethylornithine by a difluoromethylation of dibenzaldimine ornithine ester using CHF3 and LiHMDS (lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide), which can be converted to a salt of unprotected difluoromethylornithine by a subsequent deprotection under acidic conditions in the presence of water.

  • Patent number: 10626120
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to N-demethylation of a compound containing a tertiary N-methylamine, including for example a morphinan alkaloid, in a continuous flow system. In particular, the present disclosure relates to N-demethylation of oxymorphone-3,14-diacetate or 14-hydroxymorphinone-3,14-diacetate using highly active catalytic palladium (0) in a continuous flow system under elevated temperature and pressure condition. The methodology can be utilized towards the synthesis of noroxymorphone via aerobic palladium-catalyzed continuous flow N-demethylation.

  • Publication number: 20190127389
Abstract: The present invention relates to processes useful in the preparation of morphine analogs and derivatives, such as naltrexone, naloxone and nalbuphine and intermediates in the synthesis of said morphine analogs and derivatives. In a particular example, the process begins with for example oxymorphone, oxycodone, 14-hydroxycodeinone or 14-hydroxymorphinone, and includes the formation of an oxazolidine-containing intermediate using catalytic oxidation.
