  • Publication number: 20070175436
Abstract: A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of combustion engines, in particular for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a combustion engine, comprising a fuel inlet which is adapted to have fuel flow into the fuel injection valve, an electrically controllable actuator which cooperates with a valve arrangement in order to cause the fuel in a directly or indirectly controlled manner to exit into the combustion chamber through a fuel outlet, with the actuator comprising a magnet coil arrangement to be supplied with current, an essentially soft magnetic magnet yoke arrangement cooperating with same, as well as an essentially soft magnetic magnet armature arrangement cooperating with same, with the magnet yoke arrangement and/or the magnet armature arrangement comprising a configuration which reduces eddy currents.

  • Patent number: 6870294
Abstract: The invention concerns a winding for a post or an armature of an electric machine with a post or armature (32) with slots (34) composed at least in part of L-shaped structural parts (1, 2, 3). In doing so, one leg of an L-shaped structural part each time creates a slot bar (8a, 8b) located in a slot, and the other leg creates a connecting line (6a, 6b) located at a face of the post or armature. Moreover, the invention concerns a winding with several interlaced coils (50, 52, 50?, 52?, 50?, 52?) whereby the connecting lines (6) of interlaced coils (50, 52, 52?, 50?, 52?) are staggered and therefore arranged in layers. The invention furthermore concerns a winding with connecting lines (6) flatter than the slot bars (8), styled as a fractional pitched polyphase winding with two slots per pole and branch.

  • Publication number: 20040130219
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly of an electric machine with at least two abutting circular ring or circular disk-shaped sheet metal layers, wherein each of the sheet metal layers is formed by several circular ring or circular disk-shaped sheet metal segments which are arranged concentrically about a centre axis, of which two each are abutting under the formation of a connecting joint and comprise a predetermined minimum cross-sectional area in the radial direction, and with the sheet metal segments of abutting sheet metal layers partially overlapping one another in the circumferential direction and are joined by welds distributed along the circumferential area, with the number of welds between a connecting joint of two sheet metal segments of a sheet metal layer and a connecting joint of two sheet metal segments of a neighbouring sheet metal layer being calculated in such a manner that the sum of the effective areas of these welds is at least approximately equal to the predetermined minimum cross-section

  • Patent number: 5563536
Abstract: A more efficient driver circuit for a power output stage, comprising a power driver stage activating the power output stage; a trigger circuit having an input stage and activating the power driver stage; and a power supply stage, wherein the input stage comprises a means for the potential-separated feeding of input signals, and the power supply stage comprises a means for the potential-separated feeding of electrical power. Such a driver circuit allows short signal propagation delays, is compact and small in size and has a wide clock frequency bandwidth.
