  • Patent number: 6816050
Abstract: A magnet system having a magnet coil surrounded by a magnet pot is provided, the magnet coil being electrically connected to contact prongs, an interspace being formed between the outside of the magnet coil and the inside of the magnet pot, in which interspace a free-flowing compound is cast. The magnet coil is surrounded by a thin-walled coil insulating frame on which tubular contact guide elements are integrally molded. The thin-walled coil insulating frame is made of a thermally stable plastic material mixed with mineral fillers.

Abstract: A magnet system having a magnet coil (41) surrounded by a magnet pot (40), the magnet coil (41) being electrically connected to contact prongs (32), an interspace being formed between the outside of the magnet coil (41) and the inside of the magnet pot (40), in which interspace a free-flowing compound is cast. The magnet coil (41) is surrounded by a thin-walled coil insulating frame (1, 20, 30) on which tubular contact guide elements (6, 7) are integrally molded. The thin-walled coil insulating frame (1, 20, 30) is made of a thermally stable plastic material mixed with mineral fillers.

  • Patent number: 6305066
Abstract: A support element for a wiper strip belonging to a wiper blade for motor vehicle windows is proposed, which assures proper contact of a wiper strip, belonging to the wiper blade, with the window to be wiped. The support element is embodied as elongated in bandlike fashion, and it comprises an elastic plastic. The rubber-elastic wiper strip, elongated in bandlike fashion, can be secured to the support element longitudinally axially parallel. An especially durably operationally reliable support element is obtained if the support element is made from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic, and the fibers are admixed with the plastic.

  • Patent number: 6235362
Abstract: An arrangement of two elements to be connected to each another of thermoplastic material is proposed. For instance, an annular coil (7) is disposed in a tight housing; the housing (8) and the coil body (1) comprise the thermoplastic material with different melting points, and the two intermesh with one another via grooves. The housing (8) sheathes a coil end plate (3), in the form of an extension, almost completely on at least one side, that is, the side on which the coil end plate is disposed. On the other face end (4) and on the outer circumference of the coil end plate (3), the coil end plate (3) has annular grooves (5, 6), into which the thermoplastic material of the housing (8) can be introduced during the sheathing in a hardening manner.

  • Patent number: 6164266
Abstract: A magnet coil which is disposed in a cup-shaped housing that has stub for carrying magnetic flux to a magnet armature; the positioning of the magnet coil inside this cup-shaped housing is defined by an insulation spray coating, and the magnet coil has contact terminals which protrude to the outside, having been spray-coated with insulation, through the bottom of the cup-shaped housing. The bottom of the cup-shaped housing also has a third opening, which is likewise filled by material and which offers an opportunity, during the spray-coating, of introducing a rodlike part to support the magnet coil.

  • Patent number: 5632467
Abstract: A valve needle includes a valve needle section which connects the armature section and the valve closing element section, the valve needle section having a solid construction. In order to ensure that the fuel flows in the direction of the valve seat, at least two axial grooves are provided in the armature section. The axial grooves in the armature section are constructed in such a way that the emerging fuel can flow along the outer circumference of the valve needle section in the direction of the valve seat. The valve needle is particularly suitable for injection valves in fuel injection systems of mixture-compression, spark-ignition internal combustion engines.

  • Patent number: 4674816
Abstract: To reliably prevent ingress of moisture to a connection between an electrical connecting cable or line to an electrical apparatus within a housing, the conductors of the cable or line are externally surrounded by an insulating layer which is of such a material that it joins, by melting or chemical reaction with the material of a surrounding bushing or sleeve, which bushing or sleeve then can be secured in a wall of the apparatus, for example by a removable rubber ring (FIG. 2) or can be molded into the housing of an electrical apparatus, for example a sensor; preferably, the materials of the housing and of the plug or sleeve also join, either by melting together or by chemical reaction. For a melt connection, a thermoplastic such as polyamide is suitable; for reactive connection, a reactive thermosetting plastic, for example polyester imide, or epoxy may be used.
