  • Publication number: 20070081653
Abstract: In the case of a method for diverting telecommunications connections, a prescribed number of line identifications (A11-A1N) are first made available. Upon request to participate in the diverting method, a line identification (A11-A1N) that is still free is allocated, all telecommunications connections directed to this line identification (A11) subsequently being diverted to a telecommunications terminal (A2).

  • Publication number: 20060159247
Abstract: A method for signaling connection setup emanating from a calling terminal (TLNA) via a communications network to a called terminal (TLNB), where at least one access connection routed to the called terminal is busy, characterized in that, if there is no authorization for such singaling for the relevant called terminal (TLNB), signaling which indicates said connection setup is prompted for the called terminal (TLNB) in the case of the calling terminal (TLNA) or is initiated by the originating exchange (VSTA) in the communications network, in that this originating exchange (VSTA) stores appropriate signaling authorization for the relevant calling terminal (TLNA), and in that the calling terminal (TLNA) or the originating exchange (VSTA) has received a message indicating the busy condition of the at least one access connection routed to the called terminal (TLNB).

  • Patent number: 7046776
Abstract: A method for converting a three-party telecommunications connection which is switched via the public communications network into a two-party telecommunications connection wherein, after the telecommunications switching office (VST B), via which a three-party telecommunications connection between two subscriber lines and a further subscriber line or between two subscriber lines and an operator's position is routed, has received a request from the further subscriber line or the operator's position, a new direct telecommunications connection is set up between the two subscriber lines and the existing sections of the three-party telecommunications connection between these two subscriber lines and the further subscriber line or the operator's position are released.

  • Publication number: 20040015593
Abstract: A system and method for determining the connection and/or device status of a user terminal is intended primarily to permit more efficient working of operator stations, whereby said operator stations can obtain information on the connection and/or device status of a user terminal to which a call is possibly to be routed by means of a connection channel without establishing a speech channel. An interrogation notice is sent for this purpose with a connection identifier for the user terminal whose connection and/or device status is to be determined from a requesting connection to an exchange for the user terminal. The connection and/or device status of the user terminal is then determined by the exchange.

  • Publication number: 20030021401
Abstract: Provided that at least one access connection which leads to a terminal (TLNB) of a called subscriber is engaged, a signaling, which indicates a connection set-up, to the called terminal is initiated by the originating exchange (VSTA).
