Abstract: A dental implant device for insertion into a bore defined in bone for use with a prosthetic tooth or dental appliance includes an abutment with a plurality of male keys disposed about the distal end of the abutment capable of being affixed to the prosthetic tooth or dental appliance, an implantable anchor having a proximal and distal end, a plurality of female keyways defined into the proximal end of the anchor, the keyways capable of coupling to the male keys of the abutment and thereby preventing relative rotation of the abutment and anchor; an interlocking thread helically defined around a longitudinal axis of the anchor, the thread being adapted to couple to the bore defined in the bone and means for coupling the abutment to the implant anchor.

Abstract: Instrumentality for promulgating worker quality and persistence in the workplace and user loyalty and patronage on the internet. A plurality of awards arranged in tiers is provided. One tier preferably is derived from the worker/user when selecting one or more awards from a menu of possible awards. Another tier is preferably provided by the employer/internet provider. A further tier is preferably in the form of a pecuniary award having a value which increments as a function of collective worker/user performance and which is preferably visible to the worker/user on a display until the award is won. Thereafter, the award resets to a base value.

Abstract: A syringe which has been prefilled to include a prescribed liquid and also a gas. The syringe includes a reservoir, a chamber which is in fluid communication with the reservoir and an outlet which is interposed between the chamber and the reservoir. Severing the chamber from the reservoir at the outlet will provide a syringe that includes a reservoir and an outlet. Prior to severing the chamber from the reservoir, the syringe may first be oriented such that all gas is directed into the chamber so that the syringe's reservoir will be completely filled with non-compressible fluid such as the medicating liquid.
