  • Patent number: 11939998
Abstract: An arrangement secures at least one circlip against centrifugal force. The circlip is axially fastened on a rotor shaft of an electrical machine for positional securing. At least one securing element is provided for securing against the centrifugal forces acting on the circlip when the rotor shaft rotates. The at least one securing element is placed onto the rotor shaft by means of a first portion for fastening and, by means of a second portion, is slid at least partially over the circlip and radially secures the circlip.

  • Publication number: 20230396118
Abstract: An electric machine for use within the powertrain of a hybrid or fully electric motor vehicle including a stator and a rotor which is separated from the stator by an air gap, said stator and rotor being received in an engine housing. The rotor is rotatably mounted relative to the stator by means of two axially spaced rolling bearings, and at least one of the rolling bearings is axially biased by a spring element which is supported against the motor housing in the axial direction and lies against the rolling bearing. The biased rolling bearing has an inner ring and an outer ring, between which a plurality of rolling bodies are received in a rollable manner, the inner ring is rotationally fixed to the rotor via a first bearing seat, and the outer ring is rotationally fixed to the engine housing via a second bearing seat. The spring element is arranged on the first bearing seat and/or second bearing seat so as to be secured in the axial direction in a form-fitting manner.

  • Publication number: 20230344289
Abstract: A laminated core set for a rotor, having at least one first laminated core and at least one second laminated core, each having internal toothing for fastening to a rotor shaft and forming a magnet carrier. The magnet carriers have recesses for receiving magnets. A circumferential orientation is a relative position between the recesses and the internal toothing of a laminated core and the circumferential orientation of the first laminated core is different from the circumferential orientation of the second laminated core. A rotor for an electric machine is provided having such a laminated core set and a rotor shaft to which the laminated core set is attached such that the recesses of axially adjacent laminated cores are arranged rotated by a predetermined angular offset.

  • Patent number: 11287028
Abstract: An assembly secures the axial position of a sun gear of a planetary gearing stage on a rotor shaft of an electrical machine. The sun gear has an end section that is stepped radially outward on the inner diameter and is axially secured on the rotor shaft by means of at least one securing ring. At least one securing element is provided to secure against the centrifugal forces acting on the securing ring during rotation of the rotor shaft. The securing element is inserted into the end section on the sun gear and is at least partially pushed over the securing ring and radially secures the same.
