  • Publication number: 20260148313
Abstract: Embodiments are described for a digital currency hub (DCH) comprising a memory and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a confirmation of a transaction. The confirmation indicates a first amount in a first cryptocurrency (the “transaction amount”) and a second amount in a second cryptocurrency (the “network fee”). The processor is further configured to adjust a first position corresponding to the first cryptocurrency based on the first amount and adjust a second position corresponding to the second cryptocurrency based on the second amount. The adjustments can be pro-rata. The processor is further configured to calculate gains or losses based on the adjustments of the positions. In some embodiments, the DCH enables the ERP system to handle cryptocurrencies according to the rules of various accounting principles in parallel, because the ERP system is not compatible or capable of handling digital transactions with respect to accounting regulations directly.

  • Publication number: 20260094165
Abstract: Embodiments are described for a digital currency hub (DCH) comprising a memory and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a payment request from an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and determine a first cryptocurrency, a cryptocurrency network, and a wallet address. The payment request indicates a first amount in a fiat currency. The processor is further configured to determine a first amount and transmit a payment command to the cryptocurrency network indicating the first cryptocurrency, the first amount, and the wallet address. The processor is further configured to receive a payment confirmation and generate a first account statement indicating the first amount and a business partner. The ERP system uses entities and processes, such as a fiat currency, accounts, business partners, and account statements, to communicate with the DCH. The DCH takes care to translate the entities and processes so that payments can be executed via crypto networks.

  • Publication number: 20260087491
Abstract: A procedure and address data store contains electronic records, and each master data record contains a pre-shared master address for a procedure originator. A procedure responder verifies a pre-shared master address associated with an originator. The master address is the root node of the destination addresses in a hierarchical tree of destination addresses. Each child address is derived from a parent address using a record identifier (e.g., an invoice or payment reference) and a cryptographic key derivation algorithm. The responder receives, from the originator, a procedure record including a record identifier associated with a procedure. The responder then predicts the destination address based on the pre-shared master address associated with the originator, the record identifier, and the algorithm. It is then arranged for the responder to complete the procedure with the originator via the predicted destination address, and information about the completed procedure is stored in a distributed ledger.

  • Patent number: 12325397
Abstract: A brake-by-wire system for a motor vehicle provides haptic feedback to the driver via the brake pedal in the event of an anti-lock braking. The brake system includes a brake pedal configured to receive a braking request from a driver driving the motor vehicle and to forward the request to a braking apparatus. The braking apparatus is configured to translate the braking request into a corresponding brake pressure and to transmit it to brake actuators. The brake pedal is further mechanically and/or hydraulically decoupled from the braking apparatus. The brake system has at least one mechanical actuator in the form of a unbalance motor and/or a magnetic plunger. The at least one mechanical actuator is connected to the brake pedal and is configured to induce the brake pedal to vibrate in the event of an anti-lock braking.

  • Publication number: 20240075914
Abstract: A method for optimizing the meterability of brake force in an ABS braking with a brake-by-wire brake system. The method includes various steps. First, a driver brake request is sensed by a pedal force simulator. In addition, a trigger point (A) of an ABS braking is recognized. In the case of a recognized ABS braking, there is a correction of the sensed driver brake request such that, upon recognizing the trigger point (A) during a reduction of the sensed driver brake request, the corrected driver brake request is reduced to the extent that ABS braking is no longer present. The corrected driver brake request is subsequently implemented by building up a corresponding brake pressure in a brake device of the brake system.

  • Patent number: 7788336
Abstract: A feedback system for visual content is described that allows individual users to obtain feedback regarding selected visual content. A user of the system uploads any desired visual content, and associates the content with a feedback campaign having user-defined characteristics. The user also may associate feedback elements with the visual content, such as comments regarding the visual content or the type of feedback that is desired. The feedback system provides the visual content and feedback elements to selected other users, perhaps by sending a link to the other users via email. In this way, the receiving users may provide feedback regarding the visual content. In particular, the receiving users may generate a virtual note to be placed on a selected portion of the visual content, so as to provide comment specific to the selected portion. As a result, individual users are enabled to create and manage multiple feedback campaigns.
