  • Patent number: 11437872
Abstract: An electric machine includes an annular stator and a rotor disposed within the stator. The stator has a plurality of stator segments in the circumferential direction and a stator winding applied to a winding support. Each stator segment has lateral cutouts in the circumferential direction. In each case a winding support having a toroidally applied stator winding is introduced into lateral cutouts, which are adjacent in the circumferential direction, of adjacent stator segments. The radial outer side of the stator winding is partially surrounded by stator segment outer arms of mutually adjacent stator segments in such a way that a radially directed outer gap is formed between the stator segment outer arms of the two mutually adjacent stator segments.

  • Patent number: 11245300
Abstract: An electric machine includes an annular stator and a rotor disposed within the stator. The stator has a multiplicity of stator segments in a circumferential direction. Each of the stator segments has one or more inner grooves, disposed in the region of the inner circumference of the stator segment, and a winding window which is disposed in the region of the outer circumference of the stator segment. A stator winding is wound in toroidal fashion around the stator segment. The winding window is partially surrounded at its radial outer side by stator segment outer arms in such a way that a radially directed outer gap extending from the winding window to the outer circumference of the stator segment is formed between the stator segment outer arms.

  • Patent number: 9145827
Abstract: In an exhaust gas charger bleed valve with a valve disk by which the flow cross-section of a bypass duct, via which exhaust gas flow volume bypassing an impeller of the exhaust gas turbocharger is adjustable, the valve includes a valve disk with the exhaust gas turbocharger is adjustable, the valve includes a valve disk with a front end valve face which is formed so as to be asymmetric with respect to the valve disk attachment to a lever arm on which the valve disk is mounted.

  • Publication number: 20150184693
Abstract: In a bearing device with a first bearing body (9) having a first mounting opening (10) accommodating a first rotation body (8) with a first gap (12) formed between an in wall (14) of the first bearing body (9) and an outer surface (13) of the first rotation body (8), a lubricant duct (11) is provided in the first bearing body (9), so as to form communication path to the first mounting opening (10) by way of an end area of the lubricant duct (11) oriented so as to impart a circumferential velocity component to the lubricant flow into the first gap (12) so as to impart a circumferential velocity component to the lubricant flow into the gap (12).
