    Abstract: System and method for air conditioning of vehicles to prevent inside window fogging, the vehicle having a compartment with a windscreen heated by an air flow of controlled temperature, and the system including an evaporator, a blower or fan for drawing air over the evaporator and ducting for air distribution. In order to prevent misting of the inside of the windscreen after the vehicle has been parked with the engine shut off, the fan is deactivated and preferably also the fresh air intake is closed for a time period after switching on the air conditioning system.
