    Abstract: A tie-rod assembly which is adapted to be interconnected between two opposite wall forming sections that define a concrete receiving region where a concrete wall is formed. The tie-rod assembly comprises an elongate threaded tie-rod on which is positioned a sleeve section. The sleeve section has an elongate tapered sleeve with a frusto conical tapering outer surface, with a smaller diameter and fitting closely to the tie-rod and a larger diameter end. A threaded locating member is connected to the large diameter end, and by rotating the positioning member, the position of the sleeve section can be adjusted along the length of the tie-rod.
