Patent number: 8610002Abstract: Cover for electronic equipment including at least two movable metal panel elements. The panel elements are joined together along their respective edges, so they are joined together and in relation to each other immobile state form the cover. The invention is wherein the cover includes a respective connector for mechanical joining and good electric contacting along each one of the edges along which the panel elements are arranged to be joined together, in that each connector includes a respective resilient metal contacting device, which contacting device is arranged between the respectively joined together panel elements and in direct contact with both panel elements when the panel elements are in the joined together state, and thereby is compressed against the spring force of the contacting device, so that the spring force acts against the surfaces of both the respective joined together panel elements and connects them to each other electrically.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 2010Date of Patent: December 17, 2013Assignee: Clamco Invest ABInventor: Bertil Lohman

Patent number: 7158388Abstract: At the opening (3) for insertable electronic or similar cards in a housing (1) for electronic circuits a frame is mounted including separate frame parts (5, 5?, 5?) having outer portions connecting to the edges of the opening. The frame can by its modular construction be adapted to an arbitrary number of shielding or cover plates (7) that are comprised in such cards and are placed or are to be placed in the opening. A simple mark-up of the position for a card can be easily made on a frame part located at the part opening for the card. The frame parts form together with the cover plates a whole continuous surface. Intermediate frame parts (5) divide the opening in part openings, each intended for only one cover plate. Elastic contact elements (27) are provided mounted in recesses in the frame parts to electrically connect adjacent cover plates to each other and a frame part to that cover plate or those cover plates which are located at the frame part.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2002Date of Patent: January 2, 2007Assignee: Bertil Lohman Design ABInventor: Bertil Lohman

Patent number: 6442317Abstract: Optical fibers which are disposed in parallel and at each other in a plane, are fixed in this position by pieces of tapes provided with an adhesive on their surfaces facing the fibers, so that the tape pieces are located exactly opposite each other on the two large surfaces of the parallel fiber assembly. The tape pieces can extend exactly up to the lateral edges of the assembly but can advantageously be a little longer, so that adhesives from the opposite tape pieces come in contact with each other at the lateral edges of the assembly. The tape pieces are advantageously cut off from specially designed retainer tapes having openings which are provided in pairs with the openings of each pair placed opposite each other at each of the edges, of the tapes. The assembly is placed so that it extends over the two openings of a pair of openings, crossing or perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tapes.Type: GrantFiled: March 10, 2000Date of Patent: August 27, 2002Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget LM EricssonInventors: Sasan Esmaeili, Bertil Lohman

Patent number: 6085763Abstract: A device for cleaning ends of optical fibers comprises a vessel intended to contain a rinsing fluid, in which the ends are to be inserted. A holder assembly is attached to the vessel and has a central element comprising a through-hole adapted to receive a fiber holder. The central element can be moved vertically in order to position the fiber holder at a predetermined distance from the surface of the rinsing fluid, so that only a predefined portion of an end portion of an optical fiber held by the fiber holder is emerged in the rinsing fluid. For a correct distance this will protect the primary coating of the optical fiber from being wet by the fluid. A light guide is mounted in the central element. Its lower end projects through a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the central element.Type: GrantFiled: November 6, 1998Date of Patent: July 11, 2000Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget LM EricssonInventors: Sasan Esmaeili, Bertil Lohman
