The pump has a suction inlet and a pressure outlet. Liquid, which is subsequently subjected to pressure by the pump, can be supplied to the electric motor for the purpose of cooling it. The electric motor is configured as a fan-less asynchronous motor and the motor pump unit is mounted via vibration-damping buffer elements.
