  • Publication number: 20180052805
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for accessing at least one diagnostic module of a microcontroller of a vehicle including an internal combustion engine, the microcontroller furthermore including an input/output bus, an interface module coupled to the input/output bus and a microprocessor. The method includes: a) reading of at least one data frame; b) reading of a target memory identification address; c) reading of the reference identification data contained in the memory; d) comparison of the reference identification data read with the identification data contained in the data frame.

  • Patent number: 9703556
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method (50) for controlling an integrated circuit (20) comprising a microprocessor, in which the integrated circuit (20) is configured to execute by default a general program, said integrated circuit being controlled by activation of a mode of operation of the integrated circuit, called “bootstrap mode”, in which said integrated circuit (20) executes a program for loading a specific program to be executed. The method (50) comprises: i) a step (51) of sending at least one bootstrap mode activation message to a test module (200) of the integrated circuit (20) via a test bus (310), ii) a step (52) of activating the bootstrap mode of the integrated circuit (20), executed by the test module (200) of the integrated circuit (20), and iii) a step (53) of loading the specific program via a communication bus (320) different from the test bus (310). The present invention also relates to an integrated circuit (20) and a computer (30) including such an integrated circuit (20).

  • Patent number: 7263872
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for determining the energy (KNKE) of the knock of an internal combustion engine, using an analog signal supplied by a sensor fixed to the engine. The inventive method includes the following steps: a) the analog signal is shaped, b) the analog signal is converted into a sequence of digital samples, c) the signal is subjected to digital filtering, and d) the signal is adjusted and e) integrated. According to the method: i) the shaping of the analog signal includes combining the signal with a continuous component (Vcnf) adapted to render the shaped signal a positive signal or a zero signal, and ii) the digital filtering is carried out by a band-pass filter with an infinite impulse response, the transfer function thereof including a zero for the zero frequencies.
