  • Publication number: 20220356611
Abstract: Device for producing a preform to a given 3D profile, from at least two warp tapes/filaments (18) placed in a first plane and at least one weft tape/filament (20) placed in a second plane, the first and second planes making a determined angle, characterized in that it comprises feed means (12) for warp tapes/filaments (18) with independent modules, feed means (14) for weft tapes/filaments (20), manoeuvring [GH19] means (16) for manoeuvring the warp tapes/filaments (18) with respect to the weft tapes/filaments (20), and manoeuvring means (16) for manoeuvring all of the warp tapes/filaments (20), according to said given 3D profile.

  • Publication number: 20210310168
Abstract: A process for producing a layer of yarns grouped into rovings, via stitches, on a base, in particular for the production of composite material parts, by inclusion of the rovings in a matrix. The process includes carrying out the steps of depositing at least two rovings on the base, and stitching the at least two rovings thus deposited on the base with at least one stitch comprising two stitch holes.

  • Patent number: 9302946
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) part by infiltration of a suspension (S) of a ceramic powder into a fibrous reinforcement (14). A suspension (S) of ceramic powder containing particles of chosen particle size, dispersed in at least one solvent, is prepared. The infiltration of the suspension is carried out in a single step in the fibrous reinforcement (14) positioned between a mold (12) and a permeable membrane (16), which makes it possible to apply a vacuum (V) and to subsequently remove the solvent from the suspension through the permeable membrane (16). The invention applies to the production of large-sized parts of complex shape, in particular in the field of aeronautics and aerospace engineering.

  • Publication number: 20100227116
Abstract: The invention relates to a three-dimensional sheet structure characterised in that it comprises at least: a first sheet (1) comprising a plurality of first ribs (3) on one surface thereof; and a second sheet (2) including on one surface thereof a plurality of second ribs (6) intersected by flutes (9) having a shape complementary to that of the first ribs (3) of said first sheet (1); and in that said first and second sheets (1, 2) are superimposed and attached together, each of said first ribs (3) of said first sheet (1) being received in one of said flutes (9) of said second sheet (2).
