  • Publication number: 20240045791
Abstract: A method for verifying a set of computer-executable instructions using at least one failing test generated by a test-case generator is disclosed herein. The method comprises verifying the set of computer-executable instructions by a verification module using a plurality of predefined verification conditions; determining if the verification is successful; in response to successful verification, label the set of computer-executable instructions as successful; and in response to unsuccessful verification, generate at least one counterexample, with respect to a proof failure and corresponding to at least one failed verification condition of the plurality of the predefined verification conditions, and generate a failing test, by a test-case generator, based on at least one counterexample. A program verification tool for testing the set of computer-executable instructions is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5913904
Abstract: In the jig type textile finishing method and apparatus of the invention, the textile material (19) passes through a heated treatment bath (20) and is rolled alternately in one direction and in the opposite direction with high frequency or microwave electromagnetic waves (24) being applied to said textile material (19) while it is being rolled in and/or out. The power of the waves is determined, as a function of the optimum temperature for the reaction that is to be implemented, in such a manner as to maintain the temperature of the assembly (5, 6) constituted by the rolled-in textile material and the bath in which it is impregnated substantially equal to or greater than said optimum temperature.

  • Patent number: 5175406
Abstract: A resonant high-frequency or micro-wave applicator for the thermal treatment of a flat material is disclosed. This applicator comprises a flat capacitor between the plates of which the material moves and an inductor which is constituted by a metal band extending transversely the plate acting as hot electrode. The inner face of the plate acting as ground electrode is divided into elementary sections by an assembly of longitudinal grooves. Preferably, the same applies to the inner faces of the plate acting as hot electrode and the inductor.

  • Patent number: 4859821
Abstract: This invention relates to a device for drying, by micro-waves, the selvedge of an advancing flat material, particularly textile material, wherein it comprises a preferably rectangular waveguide of which one end terminates in a short circuit and the other by a bend for connection to the generator. The outer part of the bend, the contiguous face of the guide and the short circuit are provided with a single slot made along the median plane, through which is introduced the selvedge of the material inside the guide. The face of the guide opposite the slot comprises orifices connected via a chamber to a source of suction. Two lips, parallel to each other and to the median plane extend on either side of an all along the slot; their ends form a slight flare. These lips form a quarter-wave trap and facilitate introduction of the selvedge into the guide.
