The application accesses, from at least one data source, data associated with the user. The application analyzes the accessed data and the received user input. The application identifies a user health pattern. The application determines whether the health pattern is aligned with a user goal. The application generates a recommendation to the user to align at least one user behavior pattern with the user goal, the recommendations personalized to a preference of the user and satisfying a threshold level of effectiveness.
