Abstract: A portable back strengthening device 22 with weight resistance that an aide applies to a user's back. The aide will roll the device in a repeated head to toe motion while a user lies in a prone position. During this operation, foam cushion 16 spins freely around metal pole 12 that provides a weight resistance to a user's back structures. The foam cushion 16 contour adequately provides a firm contact surface for all back structures. This device distributes weight resistance evenly to a user's back, thereby providing optimum dorsal muscle strengthening.

Abstract: An improved back strengthening machine 5 having a rolling cushion assembly unit 1 contoured to firmly contact all back surfaces and strengthen all dorsal muscle groups. In addition, the back strengthening machine 5 comprises: a rolling cushion assembly unit 1, weight resistance assembly unit 2, base assembly unit 3 and a handlebar assembly unit 4. While using this machine, a user will stand onto base of base assembly unit 3, hold onto hand grips adhered to handlebar assembly unit 4, and then press onto the rolling cushion adhered to rolling cushion assembly unit 1, while aligning the elevated convex cushion shape onto the spinal location. Next, the user will use knee flexion to maintain the spinning cushion adhered to rolling cushion assembly unit 1, to spin freely up and down the user's back structures.
