The printable sheet includes a release liner, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and face stock layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be applied to the release liner and the face stock layer may be applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The adhesive layer and face stock layer have an outer die cut and an inner die cut. The release liner has a release liner die cut located between the inner and outer die cuts. The outer die cut and the release liner die cut form a return address label and the inner die cut forms a send address label. The send address label is within the outer die cut of the return address label and formed by the inner die cut.
