    Abstract: An interactive self-test book has pages printed with sets of questions and multiple choice answers and unique page identifying indicia of conductive ink. A page recognition device is pivotable on a page support to bring electrical contacts into and out of connection with the ink. A series of question and answer buttons associated status and YES and NO lamps, speaker, and total score display are mounted on the support for operation by a processor. The score is increased for all questions correctly answered at the first attempt for on any page. A correct second attempt normally lights a YES lamp and emits a sound without increasing the score. Results of prior attempts at any question are stored so that on returning to a page, same YES lamps and NO lamps are relit permitting the person to review and improve on the prior attempt.
