The method includes receiving, at a primary client associated with a primary server, a request to interact with an object hosted by a secondary server independent of the primary server; initializing, by the primary client, an embedded component associated with the secondary server that is embedded in the primary client; and passing, by the primary client, a content identifier of the object to the embedded component. The embedded component configured to: request the secondary server to provide the object based on the content identifier; receive the object from the secondary server; and render the object for display in the primary client.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bispecific antibody construct comprising a first binding domain specifically binding to a target such as CD33 and a second binding domain specifically binding to an effector such as CD3 for use in a method for the treatment of myeloid leukemia, wherein the construct is administered in one or more treatment cycles of more than 14 days applying a step dosing comprising at least two steps, a treatment cycle optionally followed by a period without administration of the construct. Moreover, the invention provides a method for the treatment of myeloid leukemia comprising the administration of a therapeutically efficient amount of such bispecific antibody construct and the use of such bispecific antibody construct for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of myeloid leukemia.

A command line interface allows a user to issue a command to be processed within the cloud environment as a job. During progress of a job associated with an annotated command, a status associated with the progress of the job is determined and provided to the command line interface. For example, the system can provide job progress status during these operations, to reassure the user that the operation is proceeding normally.

The user messaging service is configured, according to one or more user communication preferences, to communicate to users, notifications describing the notifiable events, via one or more channels according to the preferences associated with the users. For example, a cloud account user can indicate a preference that status notifications for that user, such as completion of an operation or operational alerts, be communicated via one or more preferred channels, for example email, instant messaging, or social media.
