  • Patent number: 8244905
Abstract: Exemplary method and apparatuses for routing messaging traffic from a calling party in an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network to a server in a destination network that serves a called party via the most direct route are provided. A telephone number mapping (ENUM)/Domain Name System (DNS) database, pre-provisioned to receive and respond to query messages based on an identifier of the called party and an application specific service type, e.g., short message service (SMS) or instant messaging (IM), may be accessed by a node in the calling party's IMS network to determine an address of the server in the destination network. Messaging traffic may be routed to the destination network or server based on content type or destination digits when ENUM/DNS database based routing mechanisms fail. Furthermore, routing of messaging traffic originating in an enterprise network and routing through the public switched telephone network (PSTN) is enabled.

  • Publication number: 20050284155
Abstract: Gas compression system comprising a compression cylinder having a gas inlet, a compressed gas outlet, and one or more liquid transfer ports; a pump having a suction and a discharge; and a compressor liquid. The system also includes any of the following: a pressure intensifier having an inlet in flow communication with the pump and an outlet in flow communication with the compression cylinder; a feed eductor in flow communication with the discharge of the pump, with a reservoir containing a portion of the compressor liquid, and with the compression cylinder; a drain eductor in flow communication with the discharge of the pump, with the compression cylinder, and with a reservoir containing a portion of the compressor liquid; and a variable-volume compressor liquid accumulator in flow communication with the discharge of the pump.

  • Patent number: 5728183
Abstract: A shift reactor is disclosed that is mounted on the exhaust end of an underoxidized burner so that the exhaust product is introduced to a cooler water bath in a compartment of the reactor. The exhaust product is passed through the water bath via submerged gas diffusers. The reactor compartment includes a collection chamber for receiving the bathed exhaust product containing hydrogen gas which is then exited to a shift catalyst chamber. The latter includes eductor for recirculation. A conduit may be coupled to the water bath for distributing heated water from the bath for exterior heating purposes or for purification means. A drain is operably connected to the conduit for permitting removal of excess water and a fill inlet is provided for adding water.

  • Patent number: 5546701
Abstract: Injectors are disclosed for use in an underoxidized burner having a single or double stage internal combustion chamber for receiving gaseous or liquid fuel such as diesel for mixture with air or oxygen and subsequent ignition by a spark plug. The injector includes feed conduits or tubes for simultaneously conducting air and fuel to a mixing device having a baffle arrangement against which separately injected air and fuel impinge causing a complete air/fuel blending which is ignited, burned and exhausted. The injector may accept effluent gases for mixing with water to produce maximum hydrogen H.sub.2 from fuels. A lamina flow is produced which is folded over and reversed in direction within the combustion chamber.
