Patent number: 11917033Abstract: Techniques discussed herein are directed to identifying health assessment data of a set of computing instances of a distributed computing system. The health assessment data may be collected from the computing instances and stored in a first distributed cache. When a request for health assessment data for one or more computing instances is received, the health assessment data may be retrieved from the first distributed cache, provided to the requesting entity, and stored in a second distributed cache. A subsequent request may cause new health assessment data to be retrieved from the first distributed cache and compared to the stored data of the second distributed cache. Changes in the health assessment data may be identified and data indicating those changes may be provided in response to the subsequent request. One or more remedial actions may be performed in response to the health assessment data obtained.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 2022Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Shreyas Vinayakumar, Banashankar Veerad, Aleks Seovic, Kanishka Sharad Joshi, Saurabh Agarwal, Jinsu Choi, Meghal Bharat Gosalia

Patent number: 11288140Abstract: Described herein is a system method for point in time blob restore. In response to receipt of a request to restore a particular blob range to a particular point in time, read and/or write operations on the particular blob range requested to be restored are blocked. Blob(s) in the particular blob range which have changed since the particular point in time are determined based, at least in part, upon information stored in a change log and/or a deleted blob store. A determination is made as to whether the requested restore operation can be performed, for example, based upon a restoration policy. When it is determined that the requested restore operation can be performed, blob(s) determined to have changed since the particular point in time based, at least in part, upon information stored in the change log and/or the deleted blob store are restored.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 2019Date of Patent: March 29, 2022Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Venkates Paramasivam Balakrishnan, Krishnan Varadarajan, Maneesh Sah, Sundar P. Publication number: 20210103940Abstract: Data-driven operating model (DDOM) systems and techniques are described to manage implementation, access, and promotion of digital services by a service provider system. In one example, the DDOM system includes a data aggregation module, a journey manager module and a segment manager module. The data aggregation module supports a unified data architecture that is then leverage by the journey and segment manager modules to support matrixed journey stage and segmentation of a data lake to provide insights that are not possible by a human being alone, that are usable to manage implementation, access, and promotion of digital services by a service provider system.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 18, 2019Publication date: April 8, 2021Applicant: Adobe Inc.Inventors: Robert Keith Giglio, Mark Andrew Picone, Maninder Singh Sawhney, Eric L. Publication number: 20050214355Abstract: Sterically stabilized cationic liposomes (SSCL) encapsulating a K type oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) including a CpG motif are disclosed. These SSCL encapuslating a K type ODN can be used to effectively deliver the ODN to a cell. A novel method is also disclosed for producing the SSCL encapsulating the K type ODN. Administration of the SSCL encapsulating a K type ODN and a chemotherapeutic agent, such as a chimeric molecule comprising a targeting molecule selected from the group consisting of an IL-13, and an anti-IL-13 receptor antibody; and an effector molecule selected from the group consisting of a Pseudomonas exotoxin, a Diphtheria toxin, and a radionuclide, can be used to dramatically reduce the growth of solid tumors.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 30, 2002Publication date: September 29, 2005Inventors: Dennis Klinman, Ihsan Gursel, Ken Ishii, Koji Kawakami, Bharat Joshi, Raj Puri
