The method then selects a metadata payload based on the configuration specifying the placeholder and a source of the metadata payload and dynamically inserts the metadata payload into the manifest at a position based on the placeholder. The metadata payload is added with an identifier from the configuration that identifies the metadata payload to the client device. The manifest is outputted with the metadata payload for use by the client device while playing the video.

In some embodiments, a method comprises obtaining EMG data using a sensor implanted in a sublingual region of a patient. The EMG data can comprise an EMG waveform indicative of activity of a muscle. The method can further comprise determining an envelope of the EMG waveform, determining an inspiration onset of an upcoming respiratory cycle of the patient, based on the envelope of the EMG waveform, and delivering stimulation energy to a hypoglossal nerve of the patient before the inspiration onset. Alternatively or in combination, embodiments of the present technology can include methods for sleep state detection, sleep disordered breathing event detection, and/or sleep position detection.

The fan creates a pressure differential that causes the respiratory products to flow through the high efficiency filter, where aerosols are captured. The mask may further include at least one inlet port for admission of gas (e.g., oxygen) or aerosols. The apparatus provides adequate inhaled oxygen levels and avoids carbon dioxide rebreathing problems.
