  • Patent number: 9092254
Abstract: A method and system for enabling multiple users in a computing environment is provided. The method includes receiving software comprising an operating system, integrated development environment (IDE) software, middleware software, and database software. A virtual image instance of operating system, the IDE software, the middleware software, and the database software is provisioned to a virtual instance. User IDs for access to the operating system instance are generated. Workspaces are generated and associated with the user IDs. The middleware software and the database software are configured and the virtual image instance is enabled to accept multiple concurrent logins associated with the user IDs.

  • Patent number: 7568150
Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for highlighting Web pages on a server that the user has already bookmarked is provided. When a user accesses a server, an application program compares the URLs of all the Web pages bookmarked in the user's bookmark folder with URLs of Web pages on the server. All the Web pages on the server having a common URL with the Web pages bookmarked are then highlighted.

  • Publication number: 20040205499
Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for arranging bookmarked Web pages into categories in a bookmark folder are provided. When a Web page is to be bookmarked a search is initiated on a Web portal to determine under which category the Web page may be found. If the Web page is found into a category, the category is downloaded for use as a name to a sub-folder into which the bookmark to the Web page will be stored. If the category is not found, the bookmark to the Web page will be stored into a default sub-folder and a note may be sent to the Web portal requesting that the Web page be assigned into a category. • Publication number: 20020194341
Abstract: An apparatus and method for selecting closing information and stationery for an electronic mail message based on the intended recipient are provided. The apparatus and method allow a user to define closing information and/or stationery for individual recipients, groups of recipients, domain name categories, and the like. In this way, when the user composes a new electronic mail message and enters the electronic mail address of the recipient, the electronic mail program of the present invention automatically determines which closing information and stationery to use with the new electronic mail message. If the user has not designated the closing information and/or stationery for a particular recipient, a default closing information and/or stationery may be used instead. Likewise, if there are a plurality of recipients having different closing information and/or stationery settings, a default closing information and/or stationery setting may be used.
