Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions are disclosed that comprise at least one compound of formula I: wherein the substituent groups are as defined in the specification, and a pharmaceutically-acceptable excipient. The disclosed pharmaceutical compositions are anti-infective and useful as therapies for the treatment of an infection, including infections associated with a bacteria or a virus.
