    Abstract: A power management system includes a primary power supply module, configured to be connected to a power supply and configured to generate a first voltage based on a voltage of the power supply, diagnose the first voltage, and store a diagnosis result of the first voltage; a secondary power supply module, connected to the primary power supply module and configured to generate a second voltage based on the first voltage; and a micro-controller unit (MCU), connected to the primary power supply module and the secondary power supply module and configured to read the diagnosis result of the first voltage from the primary power supply module and determine, based on the diagnosis result of the first voltage, whether to control a battery management system (BMS) to enter a safe state. When the user is in need of a toilet seat cover sheet, the user activates the dispenser sensing system, the dispenser control system moves one toilet seat cover sheet out at a time from the continuous toilet seat cover sheet reel, and the toilet seat cover dispensing system delivers the toilet seat cover sheet to the user.

Printed sheet separation marking line between two adjacent toilet seat cover sheets guides a user to cut the toilet seat cover sheet from the continuous toilet seat cover reel. Splash prevention tongue includes a predetermined number of attached segments and a predetermined number of detached segments along its outer edge to allow a user to separate partially the splash prevention tongue from the seat cover portion and allow the splash prevention tongue to hang into a toilet to prevent splash.

    Abstract: The invention provides a cross-region access method for an embedded file system (EFS) including: step a. defining a critical resource region in a BANK which is shared by program codes and an EFS; step b. judging the type of an operation instruction, if it is a reading or writing operation instruction, utilizing the critical resource region to execute a time-division asynchronous operation to an FLASH, if it is a data erasing operation instruction, putting the instruction into a real-time operation system for management without affecting normal operations of other application programs. The invention introduces a new distribution mechanism for EFS space and performs time-division asynchronous operation by defining the critical resource region and a task machine; it avoids considering the limit of the bank boundary of the storage to the EFS space partition, utilizes the idle space of the storage sufficiently and reduces the cost.
