Abstract: A horizontal jet-mechanical combined rock breaking test device and method. The device includes a horizontal base. One end of the horizontal base is provided with a multi-mode cutter head. A jet-mechanical combined cutter is provided on the multi-mode cutter head. The other end of the horizontal base is provided with a surrounding rock stress simulation bin for loading a rock sample. The multi-mode cutter head is connected to a driving mechanism, and the multi-mode cutter head is configured to advance and rotate horizontally along the horizontal base under the action of the driving mechanism, so that the jet-mechanical combined cutter is capable of acting on the rock sample.

Abstract: A flexible circuit board includes two first wiring boards, a first adhesive, and a first conductive structure. Each of the two first wiring boards includes a first bent portion, and two first bent portions of the two wiring boards is connected to each other. The first adhesive layer is sandwiched between the two first bent portions. The first conductive structure penetrates the two first bent portions and the first adhesive layer and electrically connects the two first bent portions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-temperature reheater anti-friction device for anti-friction of metal tubes on a heated surface of a high-temperature reheater adjacent to a soot blower, has a hole-type tube clamp arranged on a metal tube of a heated surface of a high-temperature reheater, an anti-friction box and an anti-friction cover. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of reduced maintenance workload of the unit and prolonged service life of the metal tube.

The detection circuit of the power tool includes: a main control unit, a sampling resistor, a voltage sampling unit and an alarm display unit. The sampling resistor is arranged on a driving loop of a motor. The voltage sampling unit is used to sample a voltage across the sampling resistor. The alarm display unit is connected with the main control unit. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for identifying a human growth hormone proteoform (hGHP) pattern biomarker. The method includes: collecting an hGH-secreting pituitary adenoma tissue sample and a normal pituitary tissue sample, and extracting tissue proteins, separately; conducting two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DGE), western blotting, and Coomassie brilliant blue (CBB) staining, and scanning visualized polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes and 2D gels to obtain digital images; subjecting a corresponding protein in 2D gel spot to protein digestion with trypsin and purification, and conducting mass spectrometry identification and bioinformatics analysis to identify a GHP biomarker profile; and in combination with bioinformatics, using quantitative phosphoproteomics, quantitative ubiquitinomics, and quantitative acetylomics to identify post-translational modifications (PTMs) and splicing variations in GHP.

The first insulating element covers the first surface and a surface of the embedded element away from the second surface. The second insulating element covers the second surface and extends into the first opening to be in contact with the embedded element.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a bulleyaconitine D crystal and a preparation method therefor. FIG. 1 shows an X-ray powder diffraction spectrum of the crystal according to the present invention, the spectrum being measured with Cu—K alpha ray. The bulleyaconitine D crystal is prepared by an anti-solvent process with isopropanol, anisole, 1,4-dioxane or methylbenzene acting as a positive solvent and n-heptane as a negative solvent. The preparation process is simple, and the prepared crystal has a high purity. Upon characterization via XRD, DSC, TGA and 1HNMR, the crystal is determined as D crystal type. Stability test shows that the prepared bulleyaconitine crystal is well stable to light, damp and heat.

Abstract: Provided is a crystal form E of bulleyaconitine A and a preparation method for the crystal form E of bulleyaconitine A. An X-ray powder diffraction spectrum of the crystal form measured by Cu-K?-ray is as shown in FIG. 1. The crystal form E of bulleyaconitine A is prepared by adding a mixed solution of alcohol and water to bulleyaconitine A, stirring to obtain a suspended solid, and centrifugally collecting the solid. The alcohol is methanol, ethanol or n-butanol. The preparation process is simple, and the obtained crystal form has high purity and is characterized by XRD, DSC, TGA, and 1HNMR to be determined as the crystal form E. The obtained bulleyaconitine A crystal is an anhydrous crystal form, and stability test results show that the crystal has good light, humidity and heat stability.

The method includes: extracting feature content of from the a target text; processing the feature content by using at least two text analysis models to obtain at least two semantic vectors; integrating the at least two semantic vectors into an integrated semantic vector of the target text; selecting, according to the integrated semantic vector and an integrated semantic vector of at least one to-be-recommended text, a recommended text corresponding to the target text from the at least one to-be-recommended text. Because the integrated semantic vector of the target text is obtained based on the at least two text analysis models, the integrated semantic vector has a stronger representing capability. When text recommendation is subsequently performed, an association degree between the recommended text and the target text can be increased, thereby improving recommendation accuracy.
