Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for transferring massive light emitting diodes and a display back plate assembly, the method includes: a plurality of temporary substrates are provided, light emitting diodes with one color are arranged on one of the plurality of temporary substrates, and the light emitting diodes with different colors are different in height; an adhesive layer on each of the plurality of temporary substrates is coating respectively, so that the adhesive layer covers the light emitting diodes and the adhesive layer on each of the plurality of temporary substrates is the same in height; the adhesive layer between adjacent light emitting diodes to form a flattening layer on one side, far away from the temporary substrate, of the light emitting diodes with the different colors is removed; and the light emitting diodes on each of the plurality of temporary substrates are transferred to a same display back plate.

Abstract: A spherical vertical micro light-emitting diode (LED) is provided. The spherical vertical micro LED includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first electrode covered on at least part of a surface of the first semiconductor layer, a second electrode covered on at least part of a surface of the second semiconductor layer, and an insulating layer covered on an outside surface of the light-emitting layer, or covered on the outside surface of the light-emitting layer as well as part of the surface of the first semiconductor layer and part of the surface of the second semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer, the second semiconductor layer, and the light-emitting layer form a sphere structure. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the insulating layer form a spherical structure.

Abstract: A spherical LED chip, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display panel, and a method for spherical LED chip transfer are provided. The spherical LED chip includes a first electrode, a second electrode surrounding the first electrode and having magnetism, and a first insulating protective layer arranged at the outside of the first electrode. The first insulating protective layer and the second electrode form an LED housing configured to wrap the first electrode and with a spherical outer contour.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information search method, apparatus, and system. The information search method includes: a search word sent by a user by using a client is received; search intention of the user is recognized according to feature information of the search word and/or search context feature information; search is performed by using a search policy corresponding to the recognized search intention and according to the search word to acquire information search results associated with the search word; and the information search results are sent to the client, so that the client displays the information search results.

According to an example of the method, after a content source is mined based on requirement information inputted by a user, at least one topic dimension vector may be extracted from the mined content source by using a particular topic generation model. Then, for each extracted topic dimension vector, topic sentence mining is performed on the content source according to the topic dimension vector, to obtain topic sentences corresponding to the topic dimension vector. Finally, the topic sentences corresponding to the at least one topic dimension vector are spliced and synthesized, to generate an article conforming to the requirement information.
