    Abstract: The invention provides a method for evaluating deep-buried tunnel blasting parameters, and belongs to the technical field of mine engineering. The method comprises: setting multiple diverse blasting schemes; selecting a plurality of test sections with the same geological characteristics, the number of the test sections corresponding to the number of the blasting schemes; blasting the test sections using the blasting schemes, and obtaining diversified monitoring data of each test section; and comparing the diversified monitoring data to select the optimal blasting schemes for the test sections. According to the method for evaluating the deep-buried tunnel blasting parameters, by implementing different blasting schemes in test sections with the same geological characteristics, diversified monitoring data of the test sections are obtained and compared to select the optimal blasting schemes for the test sections, so as to ensure the safety and quality of blasting excavation of deep-buried tunnels.

    Abstract: A massager includes a flexible outer housing, a driving housing, and an inclined expansion fastener. An upper end of the driving housing is cut into a plurality of elastic sheets. A cavity is defined at the upper end of the driving housing, and the inclined expansion fastener is partially disposed in the cavity. When the inclined expansion fastener moves downward, the inclined expansion fastener opens the plurality of the elastic sheets, so that a diameter of the upper end of the driving housing is increased; and when the inclined expansion fastener moves upward, the inclined expansion fastener moves out of the cavity at the upper end of the driving housing, the plurality of the elastic sheets rebound and reset, and the diameter of the upper end of the driving housing is restored.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a memory structure including following steps is provided. Two gate stack structures are formed on a substrate. A conductive material layer is conformally formed on the two gate stack structures. The conductive material layer includes two protrusions located on the two gate stack structures. Hard mask spacers are formed on two sides of each of the two protrusions. A first etching process is performed to remove a portion of the conductive material layer by using the hard mask spacers as a mask. A second etching process is performed to completely remove the hard mask spacers. Then, a third etching process is performed on the conductive material layer to form a first conductive spacer and a second conductive spacer located on one side and the other side of the two gate stack structures and to form a conductive layer located between the two gate stack structures.

This system identifies the defects in a subway tunnel structure and soil behind a wall through the acquisition, transmission and analysis of an on-board acceleration signal. A signal acquisition sensor is mounted on the moving train. A signal acquisition module and a signal transmission system are mounted in the train to preprocess and compress the signal. A data processing and analysis server performs data analysis to quickly identify the defects of the tunnel and the auxiliary structure thereof, and determine a defect location and type. A tunnel management platform releases real-time detection information and health status of the tunnel, alarms for the defects, and releases the defect data to relevant personnel to take measures.
