Publication number: 20230338840Abstract: Provided are systems and processes for manipulating outcomes of virtual sporting events. An example method comprises identifying a set of valid event segments for a given time segment of a virtual sporting event. An outcome category is determined for each of the valid event segments, which indicates an outcome of a play corresponding to the valid event segment. Audience input is obtained over a network from a plurality of client devices associated with a plurality of audience members. The audience input indicates a desired outcome for the given time segment. A valid event segment is then selected as a virtual event segment for the given time segment based on at least the desired outcome. Selection of the virtual event segment may comprise biasing the set of valid event segments to obtain a predetermined proportion of valid event segments with outcome categories corresponding to the desired outcome.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2023Publication date: October 26, 2023Applicant: Fayble, LLCInventors: Alan S. Moskowitz, Bidit Acharya, Matthew Benjamin Naranjo, Susan Elizabeth Wilson

Publication number: 20230206731Abstract: Provided are systems and processes for generating virtual sporting events. An example method comprises obtaining reference content data comprising reference video, audio, and statistics of a plurality of original sporting events. The reference content is segmented into a plurality of event segments which are identified based on predefined milestones and comprises corresponding video data segments, audio data segments, and statistical play data. The event segments are classified with one or more categories based on the corresponding data and the event segment information is stored. An event segment is selected as a virtual event segment for each time segment of the virtual sporting event based on various predetermined criteria. The virtual event segments are desensitized by at least partially removing color and sound. Virtual event data is mapped to each of the virtual event segments and virtual event information is generated based on the progress of the virtual sporting event.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 28, 2023Publication date: June 29, 2023Applicant: Fayble, LLCInventors: Alan S. Publication number: 20200293271Abstract: Provided are methods and systems for generating interactive audio content for virtual events. The interactive audio component is generated at least based on input provided by users (e.g., listeners) and/or other parties (e.g., sponsors) associated with a virtual event. Other information may also be used for generating the interactive audio component. The interactive audio component is not broadcasted but rather combined with non-interactive audio content, which is separately generated, e.g., using data segments selected for the virtual event and announcer's commentary. The combined audio content is referred to interactive audio content and is delivered to users (e.g., via radio transmission and/or internet streaming) thereby enhancing users' perception of the virtual even in comparison to the non-interactive audio content alone. The interactive audio content may be delivered to a selected subset of users (e.g., users, who provided the input), while other users receive the non-interactive audio content.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 12, 2020Publication date: September 17, 2020Applicant: Fayble, LLCInventors: Alan S.
