  • Patent number: 10789559
Abstract: A method and system for automatically generating a virtual assisted task is provided. The method includes establishing secure connections between a hardware device and databases external to the hardware device. A group of tasks associated with an individual are identified and available timeframes associated with an availability of the individual are determined. A first potential score and maximum score for each task are computed. The first potential score is compared to each maximum potential score and in response, a subset of tasks are automatically selected. The subset of tasks are mapped to the available timeframes and results of the mapping a cached within a caching circuit of the hardware device. Results of the caching are presented via the hardware device.

  • Patent number: 10521770
Abstract: In an approach for providing a dynamic definition of a problem statement during an IT critical situation with an associated conflict resolution, a processor receives an initial problem definition. A processor identifies related social collaboration channels associated with the initial problem definition. A processor updates users within the related social collaboration channels. A processor determines there is at least one problem update from the related social collaboration channels. A processor identifies a set of subject matter experts who are relevant to the initial problem definition. A processor initiates a different social collaboration channel for the set of subject matter experts. A processor determines a consensus to a solution to the initial problem definition is gained by the set of subject matter experts. A processor updates the initial problem definition to include the solution.

  • Patent number: 10002181
Abstract: In an approach for providing tagging for problem resolution that works across multiple collaboration channels, a processor receives an indication of a problem statement. A processor monitors a collaboration channel for a new tag. A processor analyzes the new tag to determine a type of tag. A processor sends a notification of the new tag to the collaboration channel. A processor stores the new tag to a database of tags. A processor forms a cluster of correlated tags. A processor sends a notification of the cluster of correlated tags and a recommended action. A processor monitors the collaboration channel for an information request. A processor matches the information request with at least one tag in the database. A processor sends a notification of matches of the information request with the at least one tag found to the collaboration channel. A processor updates the tags with received information.

  • Publication number: 20180137448
Abstract: The present invention is a system and method for dynamic ongoing discovery of high potential research problems in an enterprise. The system includes a computer processor with a non-transitory memory, a master rapid value generator database, and a research potential tracker computing module. The system groups subsets of research problems based upon predetermined similarities amongst them, computes a business value and research potential index for each subset, compares each research potential index against a predetermined research potential threshold, and determines one or more stakeholders within the enterprise if the research potential index exceeds said predetermined research potential threshold.

  • Publication number: 20170078229
Abstract: In an approach for dynamically linking a core problem and associated sub-problems during an information technology (IT) critical situation, a processor detects a creation of a problem statement, wherein the problem statement includes a first tag. A processor creates a first collaboration channel based on the first tag associated with the problem statement, wherein the first collaboration channel is a communication medium. A processor identifies at least one subject matter expert based on the first tag. A processor sends an invitation to the subject matter experts to join the first collaboration channel. A processor links the problem statement with an associated sub-problem statement and an associated navigational flow, wherein the associated navigational flow is a way information flows between a problem and various sub-problems pertaining to the problem, and wherein each problem and sub-problem can be further broken into new sub-problems at any stage by any authorized participant.
