Abstract: A high strength low alloy steel sheet product produced by a continuous strip process. The sheet product comprises from 0.045 to 0.06 weight percent Carbon, from 0.75 to 1.2 weight percent Manganese, from 0.02 to 0.04 weight percent Aluminum, and from 0.075 to 0.12% weight percent Titanium and an Fe balance. The steel sheet product has been subjected to cold rolling and batch annealing to form a steel sheet product having a yield strength of at least 500 MPa, a substantially ferritic microstructure with nano TiC precipitates and a hole expansion ratio of at least 60%.

Abstract: A method and a system for managing electronic coupons utilize a merchant identifier and a consumer characteristic, and package such information into a verification request for redemption of the electronic coupon as a form of receipt or proof of redemption. The server sends an electronic coupon to the consumer's mobile electronic device upon request. During a purchase, the consumer presents the electronic coupon to the merchant, and receives a merchant identifier. The merchant identifier and a consumer characteristic are included into a verification request for redemption of the electronic coupon and sent to the server. The server verifies the verification request according to the information contained therein to allow the redemption of the coupon, and stores the verification information for future coupon processing.

Abstract: A method for making payments utilizes a server that has a unified transaction identification system. Upon receiving an offer of a transaction from a payee, the server generates a unique transaction identity on behalf of the payee, encodes the unique transaction identity into an encoded image, and sends the image to a transaction initiating terminal to be displayed to a payer. The payer uses a mobile device to scan the displayed encoded image, repackages the transaction identity and the buyer's payment method information into an acceptance, and sends the acceptance to the server, which identifies the transaction according to the unique transaction identity, and allows a payment to be made according to the identified transaction from a payer financial account to a payee financial account.
