    Abstract: A staff's element of a user interface for editing or adding meeting software objects can be identified. The staff's element can be one of a many different interface elements. Other ones of the interface elements can accept input that define participants of a meeting who are not considered staff. Input entered into the staff's element can be received. A set of at least one user considered staff can be parsed from the received input entered into the staff's element. A unique identifier can be determined for each staff user in the parsed set. At least one record can be stored in a meeting data store that indexes each of the determined unique identifiers against a meeting identifier such that these determined unique identifiers signify that associated users are to be considered staff for a meeting object associated with the meeting identifier.
