  • Patent number: 11666048
Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods of treating a plant having a plant part. One method involves providing a plant having a plant part; applying an aqueous treatment formulation to the plant, where the aqueous treatment formulation comprises a thickener, a water soluble divalent salt, a foam control agent, a complexing agent, a film forming agent, and water; and harvesting the plant part, where the aqueous treatment formulation, when applied to a surface of a plant, creates a water fast film on the surface that permits permeation of an aqueous material to the plant while minimizing loss of moisture or loss of a plant treatment chemical from the plant as compared to when the composition is not applied to the surface of the plant. The present invention also relates to a methods of treating a harvested plant part and to the treated harvested plant parts.

  • Patent number: 9258314
Abstract: This specification describes technologies relating to detecting anomalous user accounts. A computer implemented method is disclosed which evaluates an unknown status user account. The method described compares features associated with a plurality of known anomalous user accounts stored in a database to features present in the unknown account. A correlation value corresponding to the probability of a specific feature occurring in a particular anomalous user account is calculated and a dependence value corresponding to the degree of dependence between the given feature and at least one other feature is also calculated. A subset of features in the unknown account is generated comprising those features that possess a correlation value less than a threshold value and a dependence value below a maximum correlation value. A risk score for the unknown account is calculated by selecting those features from the subset that maximizes the correlation value.

  • Patent number: 6767004
Abstract: A drive motor arrangement for replacing manual drives on an existing boat lift winch shaft comprises a worm gear box with a worm driven by an integrally mounted motor on the worm gear box. A worm gear is mounted on a tubular cross shaft extending outwardly on opposite ends of the gear box. The bore of the cross shaft is of size to slide over an existing winch drive shaft. The tubular shaft has a drive connection that mates with the existing drive connection on the winch box shaft. As shown a disc that effects drives to a mating disc on the winch box shaft. After removing the manual ratchet and wheel on an existing winch shaft, the tubular shaft of the worm gear box can be put into place and a suitable fastener is used to hold the drive connection on the tubular shaft in engagement with the drive member on the winch shaft.

  • Patent number: 6322500
Abstract: The present invention encompasses tools and a tool-holding retractor assembly. The retractor assembly spreads an incision and holds the incision open. At least one extension device, having a tool holder on one end, attaches to the assembly. The holder includes a selectively locking multi-axis adjustable mounting element adapted to grip a tool shaft. The mounting element acts as a universal mounting providing rotational and sliding movement of the tool shaft. The extension device adjusts to position the tool holder peripherally of the surgical field. Once the retractor is placed, the extension device provides full access to regions below the incision. The extension device allows the surgeon to chose the insertion point and insertion angle of the tool shaft.
