Abstract: A system comprising: means for transmitting a webpage to a remote terminal, the webpage including code for presenting at the terminal interactive forms including user-selectable options, rules defining actions to be performed in response to user selections, and one or more links to video content. The webpage is configured to launch a first video clip at the terminal, to automatically display a first interactive form upon termination of said video clip, and to present one or more subsequent forms or video clips dependent on the selected option. Data indicative of each selected option is fed back to a remote location. One or more of the video clips or pages can be personalised. Pages and video clips can also be optimised dependent on capabilities of the remote terminal.
