    Abstract: A jet flow adjustment method for rotary steerable downhole release includes steps of: defining a diversion ratio p of a jet nozzle by a ground control system; and sending the diversion ratio p of the jet nozzle to a control unit of a downhole rotary steerable system; and determining an opening areas of the jet nozzle by the control unit according to the diversion ratio p of the jet nozzle and an equivalent channel area S of a drilling tool; controlling an adjustable bypass valve by the control unit of the downhole rotary steerable system according to the calculated opening area s of the jet nozzle, so as to control an overlapping area between sector holes of a rotor end and a stator end, thereby opening the jet nozzle for release. The present invention has simple control and strong release ability.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the fields of microorgan-isms, feed, food and ecological restoration, in particular to a strain for degrading deoxynivalenol (DON) and the use thereof. The strain has the deposit number CCTCC No. M 2020565. The strain can grow by means of taking the toxic compound DON as a sole carbon source, and convert the DON into chemical components for itself. The reaction process is irreversible, the reaction conditions are moderate, and secondary pollu-tion cannot be caused. The strain provided in the present invention can be used for preparing a biological detoxification preparation for DON. The strain provided in the present invention can be used for degrading DON in feed and food raw materials, primary processing products, deep processing products and related processing byproducts. The strain provided in the present invention can be applied to various ecosystems such as soil or bodies of water polluted by DON to achieve the purposes of DON degradation and ecological restoration.

    Abstract: A transdermal double-layer microneedle based on hydrogen producing probiotics and its preparation method and application thereof are provided. The transdermal double-layer microneedle consists of a needle body and a backing layer. The raw material of the needle body includes hyaluronic acid and hyaluronidase. The raw material of the backing layer includes methacrylate anhydride gelatin and silk fibroin protein. The hydrogen producing bacteria are loaded in the microneedles, and the pore size of the matrix material is lower than the diameter of the probiotics, which will not lead to the leakage of bacteria and has high safety. Treatment of inflammatory skin diseases by gas has low side effects. The needle tip is loaded with hyaluronidase to increase the tissue space and improve the effect of gas treatment. It is expected to be used in psoriasis and other inflammatory skin diseases.
