The area restricted access system generates a modified location parameter based on the first and the second location parameters and determines whether the user device is within or out of the service area based on the modified location parameter. The first service device allows the user device to access the first service device when the user device is within the service area, and forbids the user device to access the first service device when the user device is out of the service area.
