Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method, mobile station, and network apparatus for transmitting a service. The mobile station employs, by means of SPS, a first resource allocation parameter set to transmit a current service. When a requirement of the service changes, the network apparatus instructs, via a control signaling, the mobile station to replace the first resource allocation parameter set with a second resource allocation parameter set, and employ the second resource allocation parameter set to transmit the service having the changed requirement, or to employ a second resource allocation parameter set along with the first resource allocation parameter set to transmit the service having the changed requirement. The method, mobile station and network apparatus for transmitting a service in the embodiments of the present invention save signaling costs by completing SPS re-configuration with less control signaling.

Abstract: Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a method for transmitting data via a sidelink. The method comprises: a scheduling terminal sends to a transmitting terminal a first physical control signal, wherein the first physical control signal comprises a first transmission resource used to transmit first-type system information; and the scheduling terminal sends to the transmitting terminal the first-type system information, wherein the first-type system information comprises sidelink resource pool information used for transmission via a sidelink between the transmitting terminal and a receiving terminal. In the embodiment of the present invention, a scheduling terminal can configure a sidelink transmission resource for a transmitting terminal, thereby significantly increasing success rates of D2D and V2V communication, reducing delay, and expanding the capacity of D2D and V2V communication.

Abstract: A method and equipment for regulating communication parameters are provided. The method includes that: a first equipment establishes a communication with a second equipment according to preset configurations of communication parameters; the first equipment regulates the configurations of one or more of the communication parameters according to a network state and/or service state in a communication process; and the first equipment sends communication parameter regulation indication information to the second equipment, the communication parameter regulation indication information indicating a result of regulation performed by the first equipment on the configurations of the one or more of the communication parameters. Therefore, performance and applicability of a wireless communication system may be improved.

The speed adjusting mechanism can include a motor, a friction driving wheel and a friction driven wheel, and the motor is connected with the friction driving wheel through a motor shaft. The friction driving wheel slides on a shaft in an axial direction, and speed adjustment can be achieved by changing the distance between the centers of the friction driving wheel and the friction driven wheel.
