    Abstract: A method for annotating images to create a corpus for training a multi-task computer vision machine learning model is presented. The method comprises receiving, at one or more annotation specialist models, a plurality of images to be annotated. Via operation of the one or more annotation specialist models, pre-filtered annotations are generated for the plurality of images. Via operation of a data filtering and enhancement module, the pre-filtered annotations are filtered in accordance with predefined noise criteria so as to output candidate annotations for the plurality of images. The method further comprises, for each of one or more candidate annotations, selectively (1) storing the candidate annotation into the corpus as a final annotation for its associated image, or (2) adding the candidate annotation to its associated image using the one or more annotation specialist models and the data filtering and enhancement module for subsequent iterative annotation and filtering.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The display panel includes the array substrate. An ion injection stopper layer and an active layer of the array substrate correspond to at least part of the channel part. The ion injection stopper layer blocks ions from being injected into the channel part. Therefore, an effective channel length of oxide TFTs is reduced. A width of a channel of the oxide TFTs can be reduced without changing a width-length ratio of the oxide TFTs. As such, a size of the oxide TFTs can be reduced, and an aperture ratio of the display panel is increased.

The target replicator locally starts and calculates a new master replica lease and returns a readiness response to the master replicator. The master replicator sends a lease extension message to remaining slave replicators to extend local corresponding leases. After receiving lease extension success responses of a majority of the slave replicators, the master replicator terminates the local master replica lease of the master replicator in advance, and sends a transfer confirmation message to the target replicator. The target replicator validates the new master replica lease to make the target replicator a new master replicator.
