Abstract: This application provides a method for handling a radio link failure, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, duplicated data packets to a network device on a first carrier and a second carrier; and sending, by the terminal device, RLF indication information to the network device in accordance with determining that an RLF event occurs on at least one of the first carrier and the second carrier, where the RLF indication information is used to indicate that the RLF event occurs on the first carrier, the second carrier, or the first carrier and the second carrier. The foregoing technical solution can optimize handling of the radio link failure.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies, to ensure service continuity of an MBS of a terminal device in a cell handover process. The method includes: A first access network device configures, as a second radio bearer that is used to carry a unicast service, a first radio bearer that is currently used to carry an MBS between the first access network device and a terminal device. The first access network device sends the MBS to the terminal device in a unicast mode through the second radio bearer.

The present invention is a genuine continuous production system, which achieves continuous acquisition of products in terms of time, reduces labor intensity, and improves production efficiency. The whole process has a reasonable design, high furfural yields and low unit energy consumption.

Abstract: A device and a method for controlling a size of a molten pool in a wire and arc additive manufacturing process are provided. The device includes additive manufacturing equipment, a connecting device, bilateral gas flow devices and a CCD camera. By adjusting the connecting device, the bilateral gas flow devices and a welding gun have proper relative positions. The CCD camera is clamped on a rear side of the welding gun and matched with a proper optical filter to detect size information of the molten pool. In the additive manufacturing process, the bilateral gas flow devices and the welding gun keep moving synchronously, welding wires are conveyed to a designed position of a deposited layer by a wire feeding device, and bilateral gas flows can directly and synchronously act on a melting region. A flow controller is adjusted in real time according to the size of the molten pool.

Abstract: Various arrangements for providing authenticated caller information for voicemail are presented herein. A terminating telephony service provider system can receive a request to connect a telephone call, the request comprising a session initiation protocol (SIP) identity header. The terminating telephony service provider system can perform a verification based on the SIP identity header. A voicemail may be created based on audio received from the calling party via the telephone call. SIP header information can be stored and mapped to the voicemail. The terminating telephony service provider system can then output, to a called party user equipment (UE), an indication of the voicemail with an indication of the verification based on the SIP identity header.

The method includes receiving an input to run a sequential inference process comprising a plurality of layers. The method comprises determining inference model information. The method comprises determining allocations in the available GPU memory configured for data associated with the M layers, a step input and a step output, and intermediate information. The coil structure may include at least one layer of coil at a first side of a dielectric layer, and at least another one layer of coil at a second side of the dielectric layer opposite the first side. The coils at the two sides of the dielectric layers may have different numbers of turns. In particular, a section of the coil at the second side of the dielectric layer may be left out to cause the different numbers of turns between the coils at the two sides.
